Parent Teacher Association Minute Books (6 Books), 1926-67

    Describes topics discussed at each meeting; what was approved; when and where each meeting was held; lists of the names of the executive board, suggested topics for upcoming meetings, monthly collections, and members that had already paid and their addresses; photocopies and cutouts of newspaper articles; lists of the number of people in attendance, the grade each child belonged to, members in each standing committee, past presidents of the PTA and the years they were in office, and the secretary's duties. Some minute books also include minutes for the executive board meetings as well as for the regular meetings.
