the dormitory; stay at "Camp What's the Use?" (July 1-13, 1897) showing friends,
activities and Fishing Creek; the Carlisle Indian School football team (October
9, 1897); harvesting in the fields; Thanksgiving Day; and the football game with
Bucknell at Lewisburg (October 30, 1897).
Album No. 2 dated December 25, 1897 - Includes photographs of
home at 322 Center Street in Bloomsburg (father Isaac Miller); downtown
Bloomsburg with the Courthouse, Main Street and Market Square; steel bridge
under construction over the Susquehanna River; trip to Washington, DC and Mount
Vernon; friends at railroad station; along the river and bridge at Catawissa
(December 28, 1897); pets; Fishing Creek; grandmother Eveline Rupert and her
home at the SW corner of Third and Center streets; fellow student Harry
Aldinger; friends in front of the Normal School dormitory; the campus and
