Announcement for the informal commencement ceremony held at Moosehead Lake wharf on August 11, 1979.  This was for the students missing the regular graduation back in Bloomsburg.

Tassels created for the occasion by Dorothy Wilson, Ken's wife and also an artist.  The gold represents BSC, while the blue and green symbolize the water and trees of Maine.
